Submit an application online via Cal State 91探花 along with a non-refundable application fee of $70.00.
Be sure to retain a copy of the confirmation page for your records.

Fees for one year of full-time study

California Residents

Some students (for example, H-4 visa, green card holders, and U.S. citizens) may be classified as California residents for tuition purposes. 


Non-Residents

Non-Resident students (for example, F-1 visa holders) pay a non-resident tuition fee of $396 per unit in addition to California resident fees.


Graduate Professional Program Fee

A Graduate Professional Program Fee of $270 per unit is charged in addition to the tuition and campus fees for all students enrolled in a graduate business program (MBA and MS Business Analytics).

Some admitted students processed in International Admissions may qualify for California residency for tuition purposes.

After you submit your online application through Cal State 91探花 you will receive an email in your personal inbox containing your school ID called a NetID. Please refer to this number when contacting us about your application. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder.

 

Net ID

You will receive your NetID by email with instructions for activating your NetID and setting your personal password. You will use your NetID to access online services including MyCSUEB and your Cal State East Bay Horizon email.

Please keep your NetID and password in a safe place. For assistance or questions about NetID or resetting passwords, please visit the NetID page online or contact servicedesk@csueastbay.edu.

 

Horizon Email

After you have activated your NetID, you can set up your Horizon email account. All students receive a Horizon student e-mail account. This email account is where important University communication will be sent about your I-20, academic status, classes, fees, and more. In addition, this is the e-mail address professors will use to communicate with you. It is your responsibility to check your Horizon email regularly for official University notices and updates.

Enroll in Duo

Cal State East Bay protects access to sensitive information by using Multi-Factor Authentication, also known as "MFA" or "2FA". We use Duo Security to provide this additional layer of authentication, which prevents anyone but you from accessing your account, even if they know your password.
